Yes. A free listing costs nothing and includes Schema/AEO markup so you can surface in ChatGPT and AI search. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
How does billing work?
Premium is $297/year or $29/month, charged per listing at the founding rate, held for the first 50 businesses and kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can manage or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What is the Local Visibility Report?
It's a graded audit of how findable your business is locally, included with Premium and above. It scores your reputation, your listing, your website, and your standing against competitors in your category from A to F, benchmarks you against other businesses in your town and county, checks whether AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity can read your business, and ends with a ranked action plan. What does Premium do for AI search specifically?
Premium adds the details an AI assistant needs to actually recommend you rather than just list you: your services and prices, the quick facts your trade gets asked about (licence number, towns served, insurance accepted, cuisines), verified links tying your listing to your other profiles, and, for food businesses, your menu published as structured data. Is pricing per listing or per account?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your premium features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Nothing disappears. Your listing reverts to a standard free listing. You keep your presence in the directory; you just lose the premium placement and premium-only features.
